Larissa and Eight Zero Three Design are transforming my waterfront condo in Aventura FL.

The challenge is to update the furnishings and finishes without taking away from the beautiful views of the marina and Intracoastal Waterway. In addition to preserving the outdoor views as the focal point, Larissa is making sure to bring natural elements into the interior.

Eight Zero Three Design works for the most part remotely from Atlanta using Zoom and travels to Aventura as needed. I was initially skeptical that this workflow would work; however, in time I realized that it worked well for me. It forces us to make the most of our face to face time. Once this project is over, I plan to hire Eight Zero Three Design to redesign my New York apartment.

I have worked with Larissa Patel a few times. She has helped me repurpose design items in my house. In addition, Larissa takes the customer opinions and fuses these with her suggestions. I would recommend working with Larissa to design, organize, and update your home.
